Information of authors
Authors are encouraged to submit original, unpublished work for presentation at the workshop in the form of posters and/or full papers. Acceptance shall be based on full papers (up to 8 pages).
Each paper will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers and will be accepted based on its originality, significance, and clarity.

The PDFExpress test procedure
The following procedure can be used to check the paper for IEEE Xplorer conformity:
- Go to: http://www.pdf-express.org
- Enter 43321X for the Conference ID, your email address, and choose a new password. Continue to enter information as prompted.
- Check that the contact information is still valid, and click “Submit”.
- You will receive online and email confirmation of successful account setup.
The transfer of copyright to IEEE is necessary for the papers to appear in proceedings and in IEEEXplore. The electronic copyright form eCF will be accessible to authors through EDAS after paper acceptance.
